I trained at FLF for 12 weeks earlier this year on a dedicated programme to help me get back into shape. The equipment in the gym is first class and I was never waiting around for a machine. The biggest pull was my trainer Will Blackshaw. I enrolled my daughter at Frontline Fitness Centre with the expectation of a supportive, professional and empowering environment. What we encountered instead was completely unacceptable and quite frankly appalling. Flf has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. My partner is a long term friend of Trainer Dan Brown. I had been getting increasingly disappointed in my appearance. I’m 52 years old and had always kept in great shape however I had let this slip due to a new relationship and work commitments. This was beginning to grate more and more.
