Training with Libby has been a fantastic experience. Was given a nutrition plan with every detail of grams and to my liking of foods. Strength training has made me so much stronger and determined to hit personal best every session. Libby has been consistent with her support at reaching my goals and I am grateful to the FLF family that have supported me as well ♥️
FLf is a five star gym with good personal trainers. I’ve trained with Libby and finding my weight loss journey so successful.., Libby is the best 🙌
Great gym with excellent selection of equipment. Great to try out so much more Prime equipment very rarely in UK gyms. Also nice to see the PTs actually training, pushing and teaching their clients during their sessions
Assalamu-Alaykum, I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel FLF truly deserves one. When I first joined almost a year ago, I was super nervous and struggled to make eye contact with anyone. However, I was immediately struck by the friendly nature of both the staff and members. As I spent more time there, my confidence grew, and everyone made me feel at ease. I'm so grateful for that.
