Waste of time. I came here for a pain injection that requires anesthesia, so I had to not eat or drink for 8 hours prior to arrival. I arrived with my wife at exactly the time they asked, half an hour before the procedure. We waited 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and asked for an update. The woman at the front desk immediately made an excuse, told us she would go check for an update, and then promptly sat back down. Kind and attentive staff! Facility was clean. Wait time was minimal.
The service here by the lady at the front desk Yuri is completely unprofessional. Refused service after the fact I asked her several times I would pay out of pocket!!
