Weirdly rude and unprofessional. Rang and emailed me multiple times to ensure I wouldn't try haggle or be late to my appointment. Asked that I called them before coming to my booked viewing. When I asked over the phone to look at a second car, they got cross. They said they didn't have sales staff, and I was essentially wasting their time by wanting to look at two sub-ten thousand dollar cars. My family and I were looking at purchasing a Kia Sportage from Frontline Cars. We were in communication with Tasneem Kajiji after making an initial inquiry via Trademe. Tasneem was extremely helpful, transparent, and accommodating. She retrieve multiple quotes of finances on our request. She did not put pressure on us to make a decision.
