We have had our Ford Transit Custom PHEV campervan for one month, during which we've done three trips and spent 12 nights in the van. We love it! The design and layout of the van is obviously well-developed, and everything has worked perfectly. Nothing feels flimsy, there are no rattles, nothing for us to complain about. The Transit PHEV is wonderful - even on a petrol-powered drive, fuel consumption is 5 - 7 L/100 km (worst ever was still below 10), but close to half of our 2,400 km so far has been all-electric. Frontline Melbourne were great to deal with. Jason talked us through various options and explained the buying process very clearly. Buying a campervan is an expensive undertaking but we felt comfortable with our purchase knowing Frontline has a great reputation/following. I was looking at new campers in 2022, but they were more expensive than I thought. Jason showed me a 'barely' used HiAce which was had an original Frontline fit out with all I wanted for a great price. I've travelled over 60,000km without an issue and have returned to Frontline for an adjustment to my fridge door and installation of LED more energy efficient lights. WONDERFUL follow up service from Tim & Jason. Could not recommend this company highly enough.
