Truck blew a seal at -48. Frontline was busy as could be and quoted me a week out that they could fully inspect my rig. They did it 4 days sooner than quoted. My repair order was eloquently put together and easy to understand, via text and email. My advisor, Corey, kept me squared away with consistent updates. I was happy with my bill as it was less than what they said it could potentially be. Quality work was completed and thus far I have had zero issues. They totally over delivered. 10/10.
Frontline is the only shop I'll allow to work on my wife's Challenger, my Hellcat Redeye, and my Jeep. They are professional, always thorough, and very good at getting your vehicle back to you as promised, when promised. And unlike some Dealerships, they don't allow their mechanics to smoke a bowl at lunch and return half baked to work on your vehicle. My daughter had to have her rack and pinion replaced on her car after the power steering failed. The crew was friendly and helpful to get the job done in a timely manner. On the day she picked it up, we had told them at the shop that she gets off at a specific time. They had her car already started and warming up.
