I have dealt with this shop well over 15 years… I have given them over $25,000 in repairs and/or upgrades for all of my vehicles… Last time I went to them they damaged something not even related to the purpose of my visit. They are the ones that brought it to my attention And fired the mechanic that caused that damage. Not to mention, they hit one of our vehicles in the parking lot. Brought my vehicle in for brake service and to get a quote for suspension lift. I paid $347 for this, quote took a long time (like a month), it was eventually communicated to me by the mechanic that this was due to unique parts. Communication with service agent is not that great, throughout the process I’ve had to call to get updates on everything or push things along. I will update my review after the work is done. Update; got a lift kit, and new suspension (to delete air ride) also got my rotors replaced. Total was like $5... read more
