I was there this morning. Picked up a revolver from a dealer transfer. Paperwork went through just fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have done business with them in the past and will continue to do business with them as my gun store.
This place is exceptionally great. I had a financial issue with the store, I brought in the proper paperwork and after a discussion with the manager we came up with an agreement. This was extremely terrific old fashion customer service, something you will never get with a huge corporation that doesn't listen to their customers. The employees at this store cares about their customers and obviously our rights as American. Stay up guys.
You can tell these people are stuck in their poor habits by the way they respond to poor google reviews. They don’t take any ownership they accuse reviewers of being paid by competitors? They are a joke. The store is dated and bare. They tell everyone they need to remove their mask while in the store? For “security?” Funny no other gun store in the metro asked customers to do this. I've received mediocre service at best over the years but noticed they openly sell Nazi memorabilia during my recent (and final) visit this weekend. There's only one reason an establishment, especially a gun shop, would seek to profit from Nazism. That is, to signal who they want in their shop and who they don't want there. Even if they pulled their hate symbols from the shelf I still won't spend another dollar here. Their new no "unauthorized" photo policy ensured I couldn't snap evidence.
Correct their online ordering system so it actually contains CONTACT US information with a VALID email address instead of the email address of someone who doesn't even work there any longer! And stop directing all questions for online orders to the local store who said they have NOTHING to do with online ordering!
They have been around a long and really know their stuff.
