We called ahead and were told there was a room for us. When we got here that was not the case. Fully booked and the ONLY room available was the king size bedroom. 75 bucks more than when we stayed here 3 weeks ago. 1 blanket 2 pillows for a king-size. No headboard and under a window with long curtains so sleep was terroble due to fearing pulling them down. A balcony we can't access. Amazing. Affordable and available , staff where spectacular. Plz any one traveling northern Ontario and need a place to stay hiway 11 right on the highway gas station with tones of stuff right across the street. Can go fishing lake behind motel. Thank you for pleasant stay . Pet friendly

I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment we received during check-in. One of the staff members made an unprovoked and insulting comment about my friend’s size. It was not only unprofessional but deeply inappropriate and hurtful. We expected courtesy and basic respect, but instead were met with judgment and disrespect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the organization. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the lack of professionalism shown by their staff.
