Worldwide pandemic, trip cancelled. Completely understandable. Unfortunately options suggested don't fit our schedule. No problem, we insured our trip. Not so fast we were told by Frontiers representative. Then got the corporate-speak. You didn't read the fine print on your insurance coverage. Pandemics not covered. I just want my money back. Sorry, not our problem. It's up to European Waterways. Looks like were out of luck.
