Hovik came in, priced things out, we did comparison shopping and not only did they offer the best door and price, they also executed the install flawlessly. My HOA was amazed. William and Jose the installers were excellent and knew what they were doing. This is a pro shop, I vetted other places, this place is head and shoulder above the rest. Thanks Hovik and Team!

We replaced our windows and doors with this company, and unfortunately, I am very unhappy with the service. During installation, the installer damaged our patio doors and screens, and the patio door handles are loose. We were told someone would come back to fix these issues, but it has already been a couple of months, and no one has shown up. My main concern, however, is our kitchen door. A year ago replaced my windows and since then they are leaking . They put the blame on milgard but it seems it’s because of poor installation. I already painted the exterior but they are still leaking inside.

I read the previous review and felt compelled to add my agreement, because it closely reflects my own experience. Unfortunately, the issues described there are not isolated. After the work was completed, I had to follow up directly with the city and learned that permit and code requirements had not been properly handled, which resulted in housing/code violations and associated fees that I am now responsible for paying.
