Brandy is super friendly and professional. Nice waiting room. I don't have anything else to "rate" given the purpose of my visit (inconsequential about this business; I'm merely posting a review bc I was prompted to and responded).
I ended up purchasing a truck with a frontier gear brush guard but I was missing the bracket and bolt kit. I got ahold of them via support and it took almost 4 days to get back with me. I ordered them around July 8th and it took till August 20th to receive. Good quality I will admit, however support is terrible to get ahold of and I did not receive a tracking number. I ordered grill guard brackets and all i have is a papal receipt. I was also charged for the products already. its been over a month and a half. I have called and left messages with no response. I tried to keep it local with my fellow Texans and they seem to have let me down.
I’m starting to think this website is a scam… I ordered some brackets for my truck about three weeks ago and I’m yet to hear from anyone even though they did take my payment. I tried calling multiple times until I finally spoke to a man named Israel who promised to ship and should not take more than three days since I’m in west Texas. It’s been four days and I haven’t received them yet and I’m yet to receive an invoice or anything.
