Worst title company. They don’t communicate. They order more HOA documents than what’s needed. Kim is awful. Ms Liz does not know what going on and do not care on the sale of my home. She provided me all wrong information. She covers up for her assistant Kim. Not a single information on what’s going on the sale of my home. Delayed delayed delayed. And I have no clue of what’s going on. Worst service. Worst title company. Go somewhere else!
Frontier Title and Heather Bourne specifically is my GO TO for closing my contracts. At 20 years of experience in this industry, I can not stress enough how important it is to have competent and capable people on your team.
