Unethical. Would never use again. 1. Money was deducted from my settlement wrongfully. 2. They were supposed to pay off for a water system and the company states it hasn’t been paid off. 3. The owner never contacted me back after discussing the issues and what took place. I could go on about the unprofessionalism.

He was not present at the closing, so he wanted to understand what had happened. The issues that occurred during the sale of my home and the closing process should never happen to anyone, and most of them were caused by the actions of the realtor and the broker.
