Due to this office shutting down, my closing was done thru a WA office. When my settlement check was sent UPS overnight, Frontier did not require my signature! UPS delayed it by several days, then they just left it in my carport with no notification or proof of delivery. My envelope also contained confidential closing documents with my personal info.
