Extremely unprofessional office. Would not recommend. Take your business elsewhere. Called for help with a title elimination and was told "we don't do that". Called a different branch and got the help I needed immediately.
If I could rate them a zero I would. Don't waste your time, use the other title company in Moses Lake. They don't know the laws and they don't know how to underwrite as such. After 3 weeks of wasted time we switched title companies and closed in less than 2 weeks.
They will forge paperwork and are a SHADY BUSINESS - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FRONTIER TITLE & ESCROW - They'll steal YOUR earnest money TOO!!! Beware of Cheryl Vanden Bos, Ami Satterfield, and Marlen Gomez!!!
