Frontier Title doesn’t work 8-5 they actually work early morning till everything is complete and every customer and Realtor® is taken care of!!!! Love them
DO NOT USE FRONTIER!! Their motto is "Start to Finish" and yet they couldn't even handle a simple transaction. Beware, if buyers earnest funds aren't there- they will NOT let you know! We were screwed not once, but TWICE with them. Title companies owe a fiduciary duty to the parties of a real estate transaction they are handling. Frontier withheld crucial information from us.
