Pretty unprofessional company. First, my closing rep seemed like she had never closed a house before. We finally get done & I'm out in the parking lot with my realtor and the closing rep comes out to tell me I now have to wait until the lender reviews all the docs. I ask how long. Her reply, "Not sure. Hopefully they review soon." Luckily the lender reviewed quickly.
