Outstanding! Marnie and the team at Frontier were able to get a property to close within days of receiving the offer file. They were on top of things from beginning to end, willing and able to meet with the seller at an assisted living facility, interacted exceptionally well with the seller (who later told me Marnie "is a hoot!"), and always kind and professional.
Efficient. But shocked to see they charges a cash buyer a $150 closing fee when all they did was receive buyers wire transfer. My company does not charge one Penney to the buyer side of a cash transaction. And this was in addition to charging the seller a $350 closing bee. Totally unnecessary to charge the cash buyer. #MoneyGrab
