My mom purchased a home and had to use this title company thru her bank. They were awful. The first guy didn't give us all the documents we needed, resulting in serious delays. They removed him and the next person was a woman. She was rude and condescending and did not explain things clearly. To quote: I dont know what you dont know." We were excited to close and we did, but not everything went smoothly. The employee who was assigned our file had some conduct issues while we were there.
