Closed at 9a, they had me wait to get my proceeds check until 3:50p. Very disappointed with the service that was provided by them. Would not recommend. Told my relator that he needed to switch as the service was below par for the industry.
Strongly recommended to STAY AWAY from this place, very unprofessional and rude throughout my entire encounter, a lady named Sherry to be specific. Was looking to get an E recording done and this lady couldn’t answer basic questions regarding the process, but instead had a piss poor attitude and being combative the entire time.
Purchased a home and was paired with Gina to close and she was such a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and knew her stuff! Thank you for the role you played in getting me into my new home.
My mom purchased a home and had to use this title company thru her bank. They were awful. The first guy didn't give us all the documents we needed, resulting in serious delays. They removed him and the next person was a woman. She was rude and condescending and did not explain things clearly. To quote: I dont know what you dont know." We were excited to close and we did, but not everything went smoothly. The employee who was assigned our file had some conduct issues while we were there. I contemplated posting a review for a couple weeks and decided to leave a review on Google. The owner of the business contacted me and it was a good conversation allowing for our experience to be heard and stating he would address the issues.
