FIRST. Get on the scale. As you enter, go Straight. Then there is the scale to your right, but you will turn around to get on it as you follow the road. Park on the scale. Go to your Left to the glass window. Check in. Go back around and park next to the scale and hope to Almighty God, there are no people ahead of you. I got here 8:20 am... Left about 11:40 am. And I did get lucky being next in line for the dock.
