Their website is always difficult to access to pay online. It just spins and spins when I try to log in. My internet connection is fine on both my computer and my phone so I don't know what the issue is but it is my preferred method of payment as I don't give my information over the phone and I don't have time to run the location and pay. Please look into this because it is incredibly frustrating.
On October 17, a construction dump truck working for this storage company for the new construction ran me off the side of the road and caused me to have to run into a gravel ditch. Luckily I was not a new driver and I knew how to control my car (sad because I had just left the shop with my car earlier that day).
