We had to replace our roof after 25 years, and after a not-so-great experience with another company, I’m glad we found these folks. They handled the tear-off smoothly and put on some nice architectural shingles that look solid. It feels good knowing we got it done right over here in Arlington. A little cleanup could’ve been better, but overall, I'd say it was a pretty stress-free process.
Our roof was well past its due date (25 years old, yikes) and ended up needing a full tear-off. Called these folks for an emergency and they showed up the same day to get it sorted out. They put on new architectural shingles and handled everything with no fuss. Definitely relieved to have that job done, especially living out here in Marysville.

After a storm, I noticed a leak in the bedroom ceiling and honestly had no clue what to do. A neighbor suggested these folks over here in Arlington, so I gave them a call. They found missing shingles and bad flashing, fixed it all up pretty quickly. Haven't had any issues since, so I'm glad I reached out.
After dealing with a previous roofing company that left me stressed, I decided to try something new for my annual inspection (and honestly had no clue what to expect). They found some small fixes, but nothing major, which was such a relief. Got a detailed written report too, so I felt like I really understood the condition of my roof.
