I was extremely impressed with the quality and service received from Frontier. This is mainly due to our account rep, Gina Okoro. She was always available to answer questions, proactive in finding solutions, and provided competitive pricing for our mechanical room upgrades. I would definitely suggest Frontier for your future work.
After being overcharged by Walter about 10 years ago, I said I would never use Frontier or recommend them ever again. A few months ago a nice young man named Eric came in and left his business card in case I ever needed service. I said I’d probably never call again but one day I was stuck and needed service. My geothermal water furnace broke down, and frontier came down to estimate/fix it.Thomas was excellent, knowledgeable and polite. It wasn’t till I spoke with Walter that the unprofessional inadequacy came out. Walter sold me a metal filter in 2021, that turns out to be completely inadequate for my furnace. It was like having no filter at all for 2 years. He would not even speak to me about it, let alone assume any responsibilities for his product. I had them come out to troubleshoot my Geothermal furnace. I explained what happened. He said the unit was plugged and a part needing eight hours labour to replace was needed to unblock the water line. He charged me $365.00 for the call and the furnace wasn’t working. It turns out the water furnace froze up. All that was needed was a few hours to untoward and it started up as normal. He should of been the experts on fixing the unit. They can fix commercial kitchen equipment as well !!! My DUKE holding unit was just fixed by them and runing as new now. Highly recommend !!
