Had a very bad experience with this leasing agency. Long story short, the house that I was going to rent was not in decent/living condition when my move-in date came around. They had already pushed my move in date back to fix things that STILL weren't fixed by the time my second move-in date rolled around. I took this as a sign that if/when future problems with the house came up, I would most likely have a difficult time getting them to come out to the property and make necessary repairs so I decided to not take the rental a... read more
I requested information online, and received a prompt reply! So my first impression was a good one. Although I have a unique situation, and had many questions... 'Karie Brown' was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. It really put me at ease. My other two experiences with Property Management companies, was less than desirable. Those places were handling listings in Bear Valley, Tehachapi as well. I would highly recommend this company. They treat people like individuals. Not just an applicant on a website!!!
