We have been working with Frontier produce for a few months. Our experience over that time is that communication is poor. We have set up billing with their team on four different occasions. I was told again today that billing is not set up and they refuse to use the previously set up form of billing. Additionally they email us from different emails each time we communicate. We arrived at 9:35 AM, easy check in. Lady was nice and we were immediately assigned a door (#2) it was a little tight but nothing outrageous. Unloaded (400 pc) papers in hand by 9:58 AM. Fast, easy, friendly people. No complaints!
If u are staying a Petro do not follow GPS. Turn left on MlK stay straight 2.5 miles on right..park to right of entrance walk in receiver door in corner on left. Lady inside has bad attitude.. if u get docks 1 2 or3 there real tight once in dock quick to unload . Wouldn't recommend
