I’m really happy with the new staff changes. All the new girls are very kind and friendly. Star has one of the best bedside manners, she’s very smart and attentive. I witnessed someone yell at them because their calls weren’t being answered. Let’s all be nice to these ladies and keep in mind that they’re probably trying their best to help us. The staff is not so great. They never answered the phone. I call and leave messages, maybe they will return the call a few days later. One day, I decided I will go on the messages board on their website. I ask a question about my results and 5 days later the phone rings. I ask is there away I can speak to my doctor, the response through me into orbit. The girl said your doctor is not allowed to call you. You are part of my care team and we can’t communicate. Dr. Pocsine is very knowledgeable and caring. She helped me with a long standing serious condition that I had seen numerous doctors for; I had given up hope on finding a solution. After my appointment, she wrote a review of the problem, her plan to resolve it and useful information on what I could do in my chart. Her staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. If I could, I would give the Frontier Neurology Clinic more stars than 5. I highly recommend Dr. Pocsine and her staff. Joy
I do believe the providers care for the patients and are knowledgeable but the office professionalism and operations will drive you away. The admin staff and nurses are constantly eye rolling and don’t pick up the phone. The biggest frustration is about folllow ups. Labs and imaging that are discussed, you have to continually follow up with the practice to get them sent. Good luck getting a response from portal or voicemail.
