Very hard to see a doctor, as they are always out of office. Admin team is unprofessional and rude.
Very disappointed with the appointment my mom had. We had suspicions she had dementia and her doctor referred her to this place. We had to wait 3 months for the appointment and finally got in there and it was a PA that came in to look over the brain scan and give us the diagnosis of dementia. This is a serious diagnosis that we expect a doctor to give us, not a PA. The fact that the doctor couldn’t make the time to actually be there and give us this information is extremely frustrating and makes us not trust this practice. W... read more
The doctors are great, but the admin team is horrible. Always rolling their eyes and sighing at check in. I always get multiple bills for what I already paid in office. It takes forever to actually reach someone in billing, and their answer is that the billing department can't see in office transactions ("their systems don't speak to each other"). I am not surprised to see all of the negative reviews on here. I really didn't even want to give a 1 star. Extremely unprofessional front desk. You can barely get past all the clutter for them to hand you your paperwork. Then moving on to the waiting area. 1 small bench that you have to share with other patients that is less than 2 feet from the scale and personal check in area. Your personal weight and preliminary symtoms are less than 2 feet from strangers hearing all your results. And if this is not enough,my appt. was sc... read more
After 3 years of trying to get medical answers, my PCP suggested I visit Frontier Neurology. Dr. Pocsine was the first doctor that actually acknowledged my symptoms and asked appropriate questions. She ordered a whole slew of tests that my previous physicians hadn't, and two months later we now have some ideas as to what actually might be going on. My only regret is that I didn't find Frontier Neurology sooner.
Frontier Neurology has a 3.1 star rating with 64 reviews.
Frontier Neurology is open now. It will close at 4:00 p.m.
