I do believe the providers care for the patients and are knowledgeable but the office professionalism and operations will drive you away. The admin staff and nurses are constantly eye rolling and don’t pick up the phone. The biggest frustration is about folllow ups. Labs and imaging that are discussed, you have to continually follow up with the practice to get them sent. Good luck getting a response from portal or voicemail. Dr. Poscine was the first Doctor that I saw in years who was careful to figure-out issues I was having. She sent me for scans, then looked over my history, and nailed what I needed--got me effective treatment for an issue in a couple of visits, all when other doctors and health systems tried things via the "throw it at the wall and see what sticks" method and failed again and again...for over 10 years. Customer service is horrible. Scheduled appointments not in system and won't write letter for work excuse
Probably some of the worst telephone etiquette I have ever seen in my Life, appointment? In probably at six or seven months. Take it or leave it. This place is bad call dr hammerberg.
