It’s a shame that the business staff can ruin a patient’s experience in a good doctor’s office. The wait has been 2-3 hours each time I’ve been in and they even forget you are in a patient room. I got a referral paper without a code so it took me 2 days to get it and finally had to go up to the office to babysit my referral being done. I had called and asked them why it was taking them so long to fax my corrected referral to my new doctor and the guy I was speaking with actually had the gall to tell me that because I was cha... read more
