The doctors are great. The office staff is the worst I've ever encountered. They overbook so you wait up to four hours for an appointment. when you call in, they put you on hold then drop you, hang up, or transfer you to some unnamed. garbage dump. If you leave a message they. don't call you back. I've been a patient for many years and have complained many times to no avail. they need to hire good office staff and pay decent wages so they don't have constant turnover.
