Got a reminder call no time of when my appointment is. Then every time you call they answer and say please hold and leave you there for several minutes.
They overbook patients and make them wait for hours. I brought my mom to the doctor here and it was a terrible experience, she had to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor. Also the parking lot is terrible, the spots are too small.
I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the receptionist who wears the heart shaped glasses. Unfortunately, she consistently has a rude attitude, seems unwilling to help, and makes patients feel like they’re inconveniencing her by asking questions. This hasn’t happened just once or twice, it’s been a repeated experience over several visits. It’s a shame that the business staff can ruin a patient’s experience in a good doctor’s office. The wait has been 2-3 hours each time I’ve been in and they even forget you are in a patient room. I got a referral paper without a code so it took me 2 days to get it and finally had to go up to the office to babysit my referral being done.
