Called to let Kelly know I was misdiagnosed and was in hospital for 5 days. Told girl who answered phone situation she was rude acting like I was a burden to her. I then ask where ibuprofen was called to and they called in to wrong pharmacy n refused to correct it said I had to call n transfer it. Then ask her if they can do it cuz pharmacy won't for me n she said " I'll send Kelly a not" very rudely and hung up on me. Go to doctor jan 12, took calling 4 times and 7 hours to get medication sent to pharmacy. Had allergic reaction to said medication, wouldn’t give me anything unless I came back in, I went this morning at 8:30 and 7 hours later no prescription has been sent to pharmacy again!!!!! Accountability is doing what you say you’re going to do when you say you’re going to do it so at 8:30 when they told me they called in my medicine… why is it not there and why do they refuse to resend it to pharmacy?
