I'm a resident at Presidential Estates. I'll probably get evicted for this review. Maintenance is awesome when they are allowed to do what they're supposed to do would not recommend anyone to live here for so many reasons Absolutely no care from management to resident. Just rent check. I moved in 4 yrs ago Had no screen on my kitchen window. Still not there. And that's just a minute thing. There is so much more This place Is not a home for mature adults. Or even a young family starting out .,sad cuz it is warm in the winter ... read more

Manager is happier to violate your lease than to do her job, thinks her personal opinion justifies it. Don't live here if you want to sleep without earplugs, bugs and yearly flooding in the buildings.

Since they took over for our rental property We complain about anything and we get threatened with eviction. Maintenance has threatened my neighbors And my husband. I have had to twist wires together just to heat the house and then untwist them when it got warm enough. Our gutters were half missing for almost a year. My husband had surgery and just before Christmas around the time of the pandemic we were the only ones paying rent but we fell behind by 1month and for Christmas they were trying to get us evicted.
