Great experience, Great People!! – I am surprised to hear about the previous experience!! Sounds like the loan officer might have been the problem? I recently purchased a home through Frontier Lending, everything went smoothly, and I would recommend them to anyone. It was my first home purchase and Michael and Noe were in contact through every step in the process and we actually were ready to close before the contract date!! No problems here. Thanks Guys!!
Run away! – Working with Frontier Lending has been one of the most stressful and unpleasant experiences of my life. A good friend also had the misfortune of using them recently and we've had the same terrible results. It has taken a full 4 weeks past our original closing date to get our loan to closing, and the closing date has been set 4 times and cancelled at the last minute each time because Brenden, our loan officer, didn't do what he said he would.
