I switched from Spectrum to Frontier in 2023 when they added fiber optic to my neighbor. At first it was amazing. Customer service over the phone and in person was great. Then I noticed they were raising my rates without any notice and the Internet itself was spotty. Now it's 2026 and I just moved to a new house not far from the original area. False advertisement and terrible management not sticking to sign on bonuses and going back on their word "Called their main support line requesting help about a sign on bonus that they confirmed was sent to an email I no longer have access to just to fall back on there word saying the email they spelled out to me letter for letter has no record of ever being in there system .... "
Horrible wifi service theyll tell you one thing then secretly charge you and raise your bill was on for an hour and nothing got solved and still had to pay
I canceled my subscription and got my money back and sent the wifi box back and they're still trying to bill me not going to pay a single penny because i never used it and i keep trying to call and get ahold of someone but apparently no one can help me useless but they'll find out im not paying anything horrible company to go with if verizon techs go to your door promoting this internet i wouldn't get it
I have received thousands of emails advertising their services even though they do not provide service at my location. I cannot phone anyone at Frontier to get the emails stopped. I am now writing their Dallas office to see whether I can have their nuisance advertising emails stopped that way.
