Professional and timely. We were so understanding that they couldn't make it out to our house right away in the extreme cold weather! They were kind enough to offer us space heaters so we didn't freeze until they could make it out. Once they were able to come to our home they got our heat up and running rather quickly! The gal that answered the phone was very professional and kind!

Wonderful small town business that has been well established here in Sidney for quite some time! I have been extremely happy with the service and will continue to recommend to anyone. Keep in mind heating and cooling is in high demand in the area so these guys aren't able to tend to every customer right away. There is usually a line up but we have always been very impressed with the service. Well worth the wait!
this business is a perfect example of not enough competition in the area. called for ac service on thurs, they said they would be out Mon or would call if they couldn't make it. on weds I finally get a call saying the tech was on the way and when asked about why they didn't show on the day they said I was told, "I didn't give any specific day." if I can find a different company around that does this type of work I will take mine and any other business I can elsewhere. 1 star is way too much of a rating for this company.
