Med line does not care. I'm on 3 anti depression medications and they won't give me any refill to make it to my next appointment. I feel very trapped in a cycle.
Everything was great here at first. I had a fantastic therapist who went out of his way to help me. Then, once my mom needed services, the psychiatrist started treating her poorly. She kept downplaying her mental health. Mom called the front desk because my brother’s behavior was out of sorts. The only thing front desk said to her was to call the police on him. Best thing they did was get rid of Todd. I was really upset that he lied and betrayed my trust. I'm still giving them 5 stars because everyone else in the office are respectful sincere and very caring. Also Higher Ground Peer Support group is absolutely amazing. Jason & Missy are the best

Very high turn over rate. Child and teen services have not changed. Adult services is always changing. Case Manager and counselor for adults changes every 3 to 6 months. When an adult finally trusts 1 person, that person is leaving. My adult child went through multiple counselors and case managers in the last year. Why are so many leaving? There has to be a reason. It's ridiculous
