A male nurse complaining that he wished a gun shot wound would some into the E.R.. This is my experience at the E.R. Another reason why Tennessee is considered backwards. My suggestion is he move to a real city. For example, Boston, Los Angeles, etc., etc., Then he will realize he is where he belongs in a small boring place like Tennessee. Especially Johnson City.
