They were perfect from beginning to end — quick estimate, fast service, and great communication. They kept in touch and let me know exactly when the service was done. The installer (Joel) was excellent — very polite, efficient, and fast. He did a fantastic job! Two thumbs up!
What a great experience with every single person I interacted with at Frontier Glass. From the initial request for a quote for my shower, to the estimator (company owner), to the tech/tradesmen who did the install. Everything was top-tier service. It was nice to hear the tradesmen who did the install speak so well of their company and boss. Happy employees make for solid work product. Such a terrible experience with this company!! I booked a glass replacement for my commercial storefront that was scheduled 4 weeks out. On the day of the install, a technician called me and said he was running behind and couldn’t get to me and my appointment needed to be rescheduled. After being rescheduled for the following week, I received a text message that they still couldn’t fit in my appointment and my money was being refunded…what a waste of my time!! Got lots of glass from them throughout the year. Glass quality is great you can tell they don’t give you the cheap stuff. The owners are also very friendly and go above and beyond. Can’t believe Steve drove 6 hours so I could get my shower glass installed a few days earlier. A+
I had a rear windshield that was replaced improperly (including missing push pins and hardware). My back lift gate became inoperable / unable to open. Excessive broken glass left inside the door and cable improperly routed resulted in out of pocket repair bill of $627 not covered by manufacturers warranty due to faulty labor. First inquiry to Frontier glass was empathetic and sounded hopeful that they would reimburse for faulty labor. No call back for 3 weeks.
