Great hometown dealership, very helpful and honest
Great hometown dealership
Terrible customer service. New vehicle purchase from this dealership has been in multiple times. First time they lied claiming the issue was due to the vehicle being a used fleet vehicle. (Again, bought new off their lot). Once a part was replaced on a following visit for the same issue, they didnt bother to test if it actually worked. Now its “consulting with ford” and there has been absolutely no follow up from the dealership. Issue started in October of 23, it is now January of 24.
