Dr Ann is one if the nicest, kindest, doctors I have ever met. She took care of my problems quickly & efficiently. I was scared but she made me feel do comfortable. She is so gentle & I am lucky to have found the best podiatrist in Kingsport. Her staff Courtney & Chandler are amazing!
Dr. W was an angel! She got me an appointment immediately. She took such great of me with my ingrown toenail. She was so kind and explained each part of the process to me. She was very helpful and made sure I understood every step of the procedure. She was able to remove my ingrown toenail in under 5 minutes. I didn’t feel a thing! (Other than the initial numbing shot but she was so gentle it barely even hurt!) she is amazing and will be the first one I call in the future for all of mine or my family’s podiatry needs.
I highly recommend! They were amazing! After feeling defeated from other offices closer to my home Dr. Wolford was so thorough and gave several options for my ingrown nail and my trauma nail. I won’t go anywhere else ever! Definitely worth the drive!
I Took my Brother Steve Liner there and Dr Willis & Ann were extremely Professional and He was taken back to a room where Ann listened to Steve's situation with Professional, Compassionate care then Dr. Willis came in immediately. I want to see Dr. Willis yesterday. When I called to make my appointment, I explained to them that I have already been diagnosed with type two diabetes neuropathy of my feet. I asked them if they can do anything to help with the neuropathy. They said yes, we can help with that. I went into my appointment with Dr. Willis after about a five minute exam, he basically told me there is nothing he can do for me. So I wandered to myself what the hell am I doing here?
