Today my 18 year old went to this gym having been going consistently for 2 months. We’re new to Benson. Every month she renews paying cash while today their system was down so she couldn’t renew but was able to workout in the morning. She went again in the evening for cardio and asked again if she could renew and the older gentleman at the counter said no, and mumbled something then motioned with his had shewing her away and said get out of here. It’s hot and stuffy in the gym when the temperature outside is above 80 degrees. They’re probably waiting until it’s hot to start the air conditioning. As it is, there’s no mechanical air exchange so it’s humid when there’s more than six people and sometimes they’ll unplug the fans (to save electricity?). I’m slipping around on the seats and making do, but wait until summer to get a membership to get the air conditioning.

I was just visiting because I don't have a membership but they seem to have a good selection of equipment. There are also showers if you need them. There doesn't seem like there is much of a wait to use the equipment.
