I worked with Frontier and I had a great experience. I would highly recommend!
This company should not be in the construction business. Once Frontier received our down payment they consistently failed to meet their own timelines, failed to honor building specifications, then tried to avoid arbitration proceedings by refusing to pay their arbitration fees. 4 years after signing a contract with Frontier and they still have not completed construction on our house. I'm shocked go see they have an A rating with BBB.

Frontier has worked to take care of as we do for all of our customers. These customers closed and moved into their new custom home on June 27,2019. At this time all of the work and punch list were done for the customers to move in. After the customers moved in, a few items were identified by them as needing additional work. BUYER BEWARE! We closed on our home nearly 6 months ago. I cannot count how many broken promises we’ve had. Big items, small items, and everything in between. If you’ve already signed a contract DO NOT CLOSE until every single item is done. Do not be swayed by their assurance that they will be there for you after you close, it doesn’t happen! We have reviewed this customers concerns. We were only made aware of two concerns at the time of closing. Those items being the the vent hood, which is a custom piece that had to be ordered and the screen on the door, which is scheduled to fix. All the other concerns listed are new items that we were not aware of. We have reached out to the customer to address all these issues to get them resolved.
