Absolutely horrible bank. Without notice they cut off all debit cards and didnt send out new ones until a month later. In that time I was charged multiple overdraft fees because I had no way to quickly transfer money anymore. I have only kept my bank account open since because I didnt feel like calling them. I just got charged a returned payment fee of 38 dollars on a 2 dollar returned payment. 2 dollars that I had in the bank account. They are scammers. I hate this bank. I saw all the negative reviews when looking up the number for this location and felt I should write one I have been with this bank since 2016 I believe, and have had 0 problems They are always kind , fast, and professional. Iv had a stolen card number problem and they caught it before I did I also have over drafted a couple times when I get busy and they just pulled from my savings without any trouble(of course there is probably a limit which is reasonable)I truly have no complaints and know others with this experience I hop... read more

Honestly this bank doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are the absolute worst. If you bank with them, I recommend you leave. If you're looking for a bank steer very far from this one. I wrote a check for $120 and this bank then cashed it for the business I wrote it for for $1,120. Yes, an extra $1000! The business I wrote the check to was there immediately to dispute it and was told "Sorry, we couldn't read the check due to the pen used." I don't bank here, but my boyfriend does. He has had so much trouble with his account it's unreal! I finally talked him in to moving his acct to another bank (thank God!) Also, please catch up with the times and get a updated ATM! You literally have to get out of your vehicle to use ATM, because it's so low to the ground and you can't even do deposits thru ATM! It's 2022! I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone!

They have an employee by the name of Brianne Jamison. If this is a good bank then my suggestion would be to get rid of her before she ruins your customer base! She does nothing but harrass people along with her mother and make false accusations about people in order to try and ruin their lives. She does this while on the clock and actively working. I would not want an employee who is going to be like that representing my business.
