I called frontier communications because I wanted to be able to watch the news and and they hooked me up with some kind of a package. once I received my box, I discovered that I could not watch news of any form. I called frontier two hours after discovering this and having the box two day's. I called frontier back immediately and let them know that I was not getting any news and that this is not what i agreed to. I had a variety of problems, but to topper was when they wanted a extra fee for the basketball tour, i lost it. I wasn't sure it the few (never for a quote when I called that number) would stack up to many years for future lost subscription. I am not happy.
Hours on hold. 30 minutes on Chat. Redirected 4 times. Still no answer to the question! I may go to court just to get their attention.
I've personally been through numerous such service installations over the past decades and I must say that this was the absolute BEST one I've ever experienced. The technician was cordial, professional, did everything to my satisfaction and left as though no one had ever been here except my new fiber internet was chugging away. I know I've read bad things about Frontier installation but this was the exact opposite. Kudos to the tech who did this.
