The sales people and technicians do not know their products at all. If you can't come up with the word WiFi don't try to sell me technology and then get mad when I don't want to use your company. I place high stake in sales people who know what they are selling and can speak confidently to their product while not being pushy or cocky. Not only did Todd not know what he was selling but he knew nothing about technology and had looked up a different company entirely when attempting to research us. No thank you.
