Editing my review since it's been a while and while their support has been great in the past, it's really gone down hill. Tried getting some help today and they simply wiped their hands clean of any help. Very stand-offish as well. Going from 5 stars to 3 due to this terrible experience. Bummer. FBP used to be so good. Been working with FBP for years now and so far, great experience.
I started working with Debra a couple months ago, I opened a new business and was very overwhelmed with the options and Debra was so helpful and informative! I love the awesome advice and great products. Highly recommend :)
