We had such a wonderful experience at Frontier Bridal Warehouse! A special thank you to Kiran Aunty, who went above and beyond to help me and my mom pick out the perfect outfits. She treated us like family from the moment we walked in, which meant so much since we’ve been coming here since the early days when the store used to be in Vancouver. Got my wedding lengha & Jaggo lengha from Frontier & my fiancé's outfit from here. All of their staff is so helpful and super nice. Especially Jassi aunty. Any little thing I wanted changed or customized she would make note of it right away. I had so many different designs in my head of what I wanted for my wedding day outfit and she helped me pick out the perfect lengha. I got my sangeet and reception outfit from Frontier and the service was exceptional. Everything came on time and shoutout to Kiran aunty who helped us so much for both outfits and went above and beyond for us. She is so sweet and treated me just like her daughter. I definitely recommend going to Frontier and Kiran aunty!
Save your time, money and energy and shop elsewhere !! All the outfits were late, we had about 10 outfits through them including my bridal outfits and family outfits. My bridal lehenga sizes were completely off and not what I had asked for. All our outfits arrived 5 days before the wedding date. My bridal lehenga was still not correct so they had rush ordered me a new one from India which also came in the wrong design. Staff are extremely incompetent and need to be trained better.
