Dissapointed to not get a call or email back. Used to go to Frontier pre pandemic but moved outside St. Catharines and hadn’t been back in a couple of years. Tried to make an appointment, called 5 times, emailed and still even to this date a week and a half later no call back or response. Used to be so responsive, not interested in online booking, would rather deal with a person but seems this is not an option.
OUTSTANDING BARBER SHOP. Great, great service, very professional, and now I look great! I like a certain style, and Brittney listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Stayed for a drink. Always great friendly service and top notch cuts by Ash In a bright clean shop.
Gave my stepfather a giftcard for this place, and I regret it 100%. His stylist was cold, rude, and took off more than he'd asked for (he showed reference photos so they knew what he wanted). I was hoping he'd feel refreshed after a nice haircut, but he left feeling worse than when he'd entered because she'd been so rude to him. I don't know what stylist it was but I will never recommend this place to anyone.
