Edit: reducing from 5 to 3 stars. The quality of haircut was great (for the price) first time. Needless to say they are clippers and trimmers type of barbers not scissors. That is given for the price point. Second time, still good. Third time, just bad. It was completely rushed. And worst part, paid for wash but didn't dry the hair and said walk outside to dry and it was winter. This was just wrong. I am also not ok with inconsistency. These guys are fantastic. They do a great job for a very reasonable price.
Had an exact picture (front and side) I showed the barber and he looked at it for probably 5 seconds and got to cutting. I don’t know if he actually even knows how to cut hair. Cut too short and doesn’t even look anything like the picture I showed him.
Kenny and Cindy are wonderful people who are great at their craft. Consistent, high quality and with kindness.
