Local bank with exceptional customer service. I've dealt with many large and local banks and haven't had any terrible experiences, but in terms of good experiences this place definitely takes the cake. They send you hand written letters when you open an account and when you refer someone, and are there when you need assistance. Also, when I opened my account with them they were offering a pretty generous bonus, which was easy to meet the terms of and they paid out quickly. Traveling through Sioux Falls and stopped to look for diners. Frontier bank was providing green pancakes and sausage for all. They were all very kind and friendly!
