This was the worst experience. The pani puri was extremely oily and difficult to eat, with a strong, unpleasant smell of old oil. Very disappointing quality. What’s even more frustrating is that there doesn’t seem to be any website or clear way to contact the quality team to report the issue. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the food quality.
We have been getting their pain-puri from Costco for many years but recently we have noticed that QUALITY & QUANTITY has slowly become really bad. The puris are very less in the containers and also they’re very oily and disgusting. We will stop buying their products until this is addressed.
Bought a bag of pita with 5 days left until expiry. The pita were dry and flavourless. I couldn't cut them for pita chips, they just crumble. Don't waste your money on their products.
I bought panipuri from costco, made by frontier bakery. A pack of 3 containers. First one, the one on top was fine. 2nd and third were a joke. Sizes were inconsistent some were in the rectangular shape others the size slightly bigger than a toonie and some huge. I hope they improve their quality control. Makes me wonder who and how these are checked and pass inspection. I will not be returning these to costco, but have written to them to find a better provider.
The puri was a big letdown — stale and clearly fried in old oil, making it impossible to eat.
