I came here to buy a SUV. I was not greeted or acknowledged. I felt like just leaving. I applied for credit but, was denied. They tried another source for financing but, they used another credit reporting agency than the one I used, needless to say, I left without buying a vehicle. I do not recommend them for buying another vehicle.
One star because we've been bringing our car here for over a year now for oil changes and recently had issues. 2 times ago, after dropping off and picking up the car, there was a small rip in the steering wheel after we got it back. Since it was small, we didn't think too much of it. But the last time we brought the car in and picked it up, there were some pretty bad scratches and scrapes on the steering wheel. I’m so glad I found this place. They got me in and out fast and fixed the issue my Toyota had. They were friendly and helpful. The shop is nice, plenty of places to sit and wait. Very fair pricing. Would go back!!
Professional and knowledgeable staff, good price, and quick service
I’ve taken my car here for oil changes and inspections, and they always do a great job. Great customer service. I recommend them to friends/family. Edit (12/2024): I’ve taken my vehicles to Frontier for years, and they always do a great job. Recently, I brought my pickup truck in for an inspection, and they found an issue.
