I received a text saying the car I was interested in was ready to go and by the time I get there (not even 45 minutes later) they told me it was sold. Thanks for wasting my time. I’ll never visit this dealership again.
bought a 2010 grand cherokee that they inspected and emissions tested before selling it to me. had it since February and now I can hear that the exhaust is leaking at the muffler. also the 2 front tires lose air. the one front tire and 2 back tires you can't get the valve caps off because they just keep spinning. the sub roof leaks. after picking it up and getting a few miles up the road I noticed that the 3rd brake light didn't work and the one turn signal. had it a few days and my horn stopped working. called them to repla... read more

I was in contact with this business for multiple days expressing interest in a car. I scheduled an appointment to come look at the vehicle, show up, and they told me that someone else came to look at the car even though they told me I NEEDED an appointment. I even messaged them on Facebook to confirm my appointment. I walk in the door and he immediately tells me everything was wrong and literally waved his finger in my face and my father’s. They are great. No high pressure sales, easy financing and the service department is great. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them and will come back again when I'm ready for another car.
