Only use as a last resort! We needed a hospital bed to care for our mother. She is 4ft 8 inches tall, which needs a high-low bed max height 18 inches bc of transferring. I called and spoke with Candy, had the Dr. write the order specific to her height. Bed was supposed to take about a week. A week and a half goes by and had not heard from Frontier Access. glad such a great place like this is in our city walk in, give prescription, they call insurance to see if approved while you wait or within one day so you'll know if you need out of pocket money or not. they know where everything is and help you choose after asking a couple questions on your needs. they have always been very courteous and helpful for my mom, me, and friends for all the years we've needed something and they had it or could order it. so glad they are here so we don't have to go out of town.
Everything we needed under one roof The staff was friendly and knowlegable and we were able to get everything we needed to get my mom home!
